Monday 1/2 Update

Happy New Year to everyone! I stayed with momma this weekend so that daddy could go home and get some rest. Saturday went really well and we even got up Sunday morning and put on jeans and some makeup and sat up in the recliner for a while instead of staying in the bed. Around two that afternoon, she started to feel bad and it progressed throughout the rest of the day. She ended up getting quite a get of medicine and finally got some relief around 1030 that night but was pretty drugged up. Today she is better, but not quite back to where she was on Friday or Saturday. Please keep thinking of her--she is confused and not sure why she feels so crummy. But she is back on the IV's and eating some more so that is a good sign. Just getting geared up to start radiation on Tuesday. We originally thought she would be doing the radiation as an outpatient but now the plan is for her to remain hospitalized for a while longer.
