My dear sweet momma has developed a brain tumor--specifically a glioblastoma multiforme. This is an update of all of the details of her treatments and her recovery. Thank you all for your thoughts, prayers and concern. My new favorite quote: "Humans are like tea bags, you have to put them in hot water before you know how strong they are."

Sunday January 8th Update

Momma is awake and knows that we are here with her. While she is not eating or talking, she knows that we are here and will hold on to our hand with more strength than you can imagine. Lots of love and prayers are with her.

    Tara, Please put your family in the biggest Razorback huddle you can muster and give each other loving hugs from all of us here. Your Aunt Gladys wishes she could be there and see Teri & tell her how much she loves her. We all do.! Our hearts are sad and heavy, but we are still praying for a miracle. Nothing is impossible for God. Our prayer is for Heavenly Father to hold you all in His loving arms giving you encouragement, strength, and peace. That each of you are being blessed with His healing, guiding, and prospering presence. We thank thee Heavenly Father for being with and within our loved ones right now. Your life sets into motion healing of mind, body, and emotions. We give you thanks that You are healing and guiding our loved ones right now. For it is in Jesus, your Son, we ask this blessing. Amen.

    My heart is aching for your mom right now. You know my mom has the same tumor, and I am as scared as you must be right now. I am keeping your family in my prayers along with my mom, and please know that there is someone in Michigan who holds you close in their thoughts.
